The logo should be used in a size large enough to ensure legibility. The measurements listed below show the exact size and position on a 8.5 by 11 inch publication and a 4 by 9 inch brochure. These examples can serve as guidelines for size and positioning on publications of other sizes:

Minimum sizes
Each of the University of Wisconsin–Madison institutional logos has a minimum allowable size. In order to ensure clear reproduction and legibility, the logos may not be used any smaller than the following examples.
