The UW-Madison Campus Master Plan Update process will have three types of review and participation: an Executive Leadership Team, a Technical Coordinating Committee and a number of Campus & Community Constituency representatives. Each group will meet with Master Plan team to provide input and oversight into: a) the master plan process, b) the development of the plan, and c) the final results of the plan. Members of those groups are listed below.
The official approval process of the Campus Master Plan will be via the UW-Madison Campus Planning Committee (CPC), acting as the steering committee for the plan and making a final recommendation to the Chancellor for approval. Presentations will be made to the CPC Steering Committee for their input and guidance on the development of the plan. Once approved by the Chancellor, he will then make informational presentations to the Board of Regents and the State Building Commission. FP&M staff will also present the plan to the various constituency groups across the campus and local community to assure their active participation and input in to the plan. An executive leadership team will provide support and review throughout the planning process.

Charge: The group will meet 3 to 4 times with the Master Plan team to establish overall direction, check on the progress of the plan and validate the conclusions developed for the plan prior to its final release.
